      My biggest killer is during the night,, I wake up hungry and I'm hungrier after say 3hrs sleep than I am at any point during the day,,, and yes it's usually a trip to the biscuit barrel,, I also have a slow metabolism,, due to having a reduced thyroid function,, had graves disease,, was given the radioactive iodine,, I'm now on thyroxine to keep my thyroid levels at functioning.
