This is not specific for the WhatsApp WordPress Plugin, but helps solve the issue we have seen with some plugins and optimizepress.

Optimizepress by default will disable all CSS and JS from external plugins. Optimizepress takes control of the page as a whole and to ensure perfect performance everything else will be disable. So the WhatsApp widget will not load properly. But you can enable these CSS and JS files for the whatsapp plugin going to

OptimizePress3 – settings – enable styles and scripts

You need to check the files for your plugin.
You will need to activate the styles, otherwise, will not work.
