      I get scared wasting my calories on something like a small burger. I’d rather have 2 pounds of veggies for the same calories as that burger.


      Iifym is the best but if you fuck with foods just becoz it fits ur macro i dont think you understand very well what it really was supposed to be dont twist it iifym becoz this foods u like fits ur macro make sure u stay clean with iifym and it will work well the best

      I've lost 100 pounds already but I have 50 more pounds to go before I reach my goal. It's taken 13 months because initially I was doing a small deficit and taking my time with it. The past month though I've been eating under 600 cals a day… I somehow got in my head that I'm not working as hard as I could have and I should have lost all the weight by now.
      I want to go back to my healthy eating which helped me lose weight but I was stuck in a plateau for 3 months… I'm so over it…I just want to reach my goal as fast as I can now 🙁 Seeing all the videos titled "how I lost 100lbs in 6 months!!!" drives me mad at how long it's taken me.

      Fasting is making me feel very nauseous, once I begin my eating window I feel better again, but the nausea is a daily thing.. not sure what I am doing wrong 😕🧐

      Love your content! I binge watched all your videos! Haha. Good information. I want to start omad because I hate thinking about food all day so I figured I can make one good healthy meal a day and spend more time doing other stuff.

      Yes, your metabolic rate is dynamic and fluctuates based on what you eat, when you eat, etc. The vast majority of people think that it’s just this static thing and it’s not.

      glad to know that when you come to Italy you enjoy pizza and pasta😋
      I really appreciate your approach to food and life in general.
      I experienced myself the difference between working out at the gym and at home or jogging at the park…. I quitted the gym in December and I'm in a perfect shape like before just by walking to work and doing something at home with a dumbbell or elastic band. Furthermore, I'm more relaxed as I don't have to run to the gym and waste time to go and come back….
      I listen to my body and give it what it loves, occasionally also pasta and pizza. In that moments I don't count calories or macros… I think that I would produce cortisol, and insuline consequently, if I'd say "no, I don't want that delicious homemade pasta with fish as it has too much carbs"….. no way!!! I enjoy it and then I might spontaneously skip dinner as I'm full up and happy.

      I’m trying to maintain my weight now. April I was 150 pounds, Now June, I’m 134. I’m 5’4, i been doing intermittent fast for almost 3 weeks. Working out 5 times a week. now I’m in refeed mode, but trying to do it properly.

      I'll admit to counting calories. What is driving me crazy lately is the fitness community pointing out the fact that calories on packages don't equal the macros!!!!! So confused

      What do you thing of Reverse dieting ? I don't like counting calories but I have to because usually I eat around 1200 calories and I have to increase every single week. I'm already at 1550. Any advice ?

      I had tous les jours and red lobster yesterday for the first time in a year just cause I wanted to celebrate my mother in-law birthday who just arrive from the Philippines last year. I been intermittent fasting for over a year my beginning weight was 300 pounds now I’m 165-166 now. Back to normal now 💪🏾
