This feature is already added by optimizepress in their latest updates. If you have the latest version of optimizepress, you will find this option readily available already in the live editor.
What if I wanted to have a WHITE Back ground on a specific element, but I wanted to take the opacity level down a bit, whereas the background image can still show a little bit through the White back ground element.
