Hi guys! I can't seem to find this issue I'm having ANYWHERE in your help forums and since I'm still a free member (I only have a handful of subscribers) I can't contact you directly. When a new member joins via MemberPress they are immediately moved to 'trash' in MailPoet. Why is this happening? This means I'm having to manually move them every time someone joins. Could you point me in the right direction on how to fix this? It is also not sending out the confirmation email to the new members.
If I need to pay to get a response from you then what happens if I pay for a month then stop – will this muck up how MailPoet works on my site? Thank you in advance!
