In this video Rich talks about how to link up your Aweber account to your Optimizepress page and importantly how to avoid the “Double Opt-In” that is the default setting.
Optimizepress is a great tool for building attractive and effective landing pages, sales pages, thank you pages and websites in general. We use the Divi by Elegant Themes for our website but thanks to the Optimizepress plug in we are still able to utilize both website building tools.
Linking our Aweber email account to Optimizepress however was not so straight forward. Aweber only provide a default setting with Optimizepress being their Double Opt-In function. In other words your new lead is required to confirm they have entered their email address before they receive your follow up series of emails.
This isn’t great for an online marketer as most cases the lead doesn’t confirm. To get around this you want it to be a single Opt-in function meaning once they enter their email address into your landing page then that is all they need to do in order to get your awesome follow up series.
Watch this video as we show you the way to set this up. Enjoy!
